Butch Grimes uses A LAVALIERE MICROPHONE. Wireless is preferable, but not mandatory. Please make sure that the AV department has a back-up microphone available at all times. Of course, he needs to test the system well in advance of the performance. |

Butch Grimes uses Microsoft POWERPOINT throughout his presentation. Butch Grimes will require a LCD Projector and the cable to connect it into his notebook. Alternatively he can provide a copy of his presentation via electronic transfer if you prefer using the house system. Please ensure that the projector should be bright enough to be easily seen with the lights on in the room. Ask the AV staff to physically unscrew the lights above the screen. Remember to cover all windows if necessary to keep sunlight from washing out the screen. Please also provide a 6′ draped table for him to place his laptop and organize his materials on. |

If you prefer Butch Grimes presentation to be controlled from back-stage, providing him a remote control, PLEASE make sure that there is a monitor for Butch to see what is being projected on the screens if they are not within his line of site. |
