Property, Inc., Su Sueño Real Estate Services, We Talk Real Estate TV & Radio Enterprises and most recently, WeTalkEspanol.com (SPANISH LANGUAGE SCHOOL). He has also created Mr. Real Estate Nerd™, a cartoon alter ego that will dispense real estate and foreclosure advice via live chat sessions.

He has been retained as a state-wide (GRI Designation) Real Estate Instructor and speaker by The Professional Realtor Institute (PRI) and Wells Fargo’s CENTER STAGE National Speaking tour 2007.
