It’s finally happening! Foreclosures galore.  Most folks don’t really understand how bad the problem really is.  For the past 2 years, I have been telling folks on my radio show to be careful and read their documents.  Did they listen? NO! Instead we got hate mail, bad e-mails and callers that said I was crazy.  Who’s crazy now. Wow, the tide has changed. Listen to the show.  We are talking about issues that are taking place in the market.  Bad loans, stated income, interest only and sub-prime. Most of all the disappearing act of  all of our rich mortgage bankers and banks that made a killing off the minority market.  They prey on the “UNINFORMED”

Listen in, give us some new suggestions to help these poor people out. Trust me they need it. We are seeing so many foreclosures come across our desk it is scary. HELP! HELP!
